Cost Management

INDEQS Project Consultant is a project cost management consultancy established to support clients with Cost Consultancy services from pre-concept feasibility, detailed cost planning, value engineering and preparation of Final Account, our team’s consistent, budget-aware Cost Consultancy delivers successful scheme delivery.

Pre-Contract Services

• We provide the Cost Estimate at various level including Concept, Schematic and Detail Design stage to establish the Client Budget
• Preparation of detailed Bills of Quantities in line with the standard method of measurements
• Assisting in Tender Services including invitation of tenders, Tender Evaluation, Negotiations, and Awarding the Contract.

Post Contract Services

• Assist the project team to safe guard the project from inception to completion while reviewing Guarantees, Reports, Budget , Contractual Correspondence in line with the terms and Condition
• Identifying commercial risks and value management concept at earliest and analyzing cost
• Project Close out procedure.

Payment and Certification

• Certify / Prepare Contractor’s Payment Applications in line with Contract requirements.

Variation / Change Management

• Establish and Monitor Change management / Variation Procedure in line with Contract Forms
• Preparation of Variations with substantiations and submit to Client for Final Approval
